My first encounter with Nalah was when she reached out to me on Care.com. I have been disabled for 40+ years and have spoken with & interviewed many potential caregivers. From the first time we met, I was interested in hiring her. The level of care that I need is quite extensive, and Nalah (who had no prior experience at the time,) showed intense compassion, understanding and sensitivity for my needs. My only regret is that she won't be able to continue to work for me, because she is going to college. We will definitely keep in touch in the future!
