About Nakyla

Hi, I'm Nakyla! I'm a Sanford, Florida local and a 2025 high school graduate who is currently pursuing my college degree in Elementary Education. I've spent years working with children through babysitting, coaching, and mentoring, and I truly enjoy helping kids learn, grow, and have fun in a safe environment. As a former college student-athlete, I developed strong leadership, responsibility, patience, and time management skills. I'm also a former dancer and dance coach, which gave me experience working closely with children, encouraging their confidence, teaching new skills, and creating a positive and engaging atmosphere. I'm dependable, caring, and attentive, and I'm comfortable helping with meal preparation, light housekeeping, bedtime routines, homework, crafts, games, and other age-appropriate activities. My goal is always to make children feel safe, supported, and cared for while giving parents peace of mind.
