About Nakiyah

Hi everyone I'm Nakiyah! I have been tutoring for almost 7 years and have taught grades K-12 in math, reading, writing, history, test prep and more. I'm passionate about fostering a love of learning. With a college degree in biomedical engineering and experience in the workplace, I create engaging and supportive environments for my students. I encourage open communication to understand individual learning styles and adapt my teaching methods. Complex problems are broken down into manageable steps to build momentum and confidence.
