I have worked with Na'Kaylla every Wednesday for about five years. She was my assistant in for the two-four class. While she was under my supervision, I observed her responding to the children (on their level), make one on one connections, redirect, play, change diapers, teach lessons, read books, and sing songs. I have also had her help with the kindergarten-eighth grade cheer camp. During these clinics, she helped with the administration part (paper work) and taught cheers and dances to the students. Na'Kaylla is responsible and will do a good job. I highly recommend her for the job.
