My journey in caregiving stems from a genuine desire to make a positive impact, building upon rewarding experiences in previous roles. As a Certified Nursing Aid, I offer transportation, handle errands and shopping, provide light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build strong connections. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, and share written daily reports. I'm patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I also have CPR and First Aid Training. I find great joy in using my skills to provide comfort and support to those in need.
