Naitesha works great with my special needs son. She is kind, direct and holds firm boundaries as needed. She meets him where he is at and uses the relationship to guide him. She redirects him and uses logic to support him (my son is very practical, black & white thinker). She attaches strong and they have inside jokes. Naitesha is creative and comes with new things for them to do together; she is capable in keeping the schedule we request they follow. As parents, we learned new techniques from watching her successfully interact with our son. She is a "go to" care provider for us because she manages his challenging behaviors gracefully. We feel very comfortable leaving our son in her care and our son looks forward to their time together.
