Naisha was our full time nanny for our son for about a year when he was between 10-23 months old. Naisha had a great rapport with my son and he loved his time with her — lighting up when she arrived. Naisha’s demeanor is calm and reassuring while also incredibly professional and respectful. Naisha was a good communicator and flexible when our work schedules changed, she was always on time and gave more than adequate notice if/when she had a scheduling conflict. She took our direction well and was diligent in helping us track/share back our son’s daily routine (we used a tracking app for all his food, naps, etc. and she was great in tracking). Naisha engaged our son in regular activities like coloring, music time, reading, new word acquisition, and outdoor fun. I primarily work from home and would regularly hear my son laughing and having the best time. We would have loved to continue working with Naisha, but my MIL is moving in with us and taking over full time care. I would not hesitate to recommend Naisha to any family who is looking for a caregiver who is kind, respectful, and truly cares for your children.
