As a caring and experienced childcare provider with over a decade of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles have been incredibly rewarding, and I find great joy in supporting families and providing reliable childcare options. I pride myself on being patient, calm, creative, and friendly, which allows me to build strong and nurturing relationships with the children I care for. I also believe in open communication with parents, and I always follow their preferred communication method to ensure they're fully informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. While I prefer not to enforce strict rules, I gently guide children toward positive behavior and age-appropriate responsibilities.
