About Nailah

I've been a teacher in the New York charter system for six years and I have a lot of experience working with students who have literacy challenges, learning difficulties, behavioral issues, and over the years I've developed a very strong set of skills that allow me to interact with those students with care, dignity, and accountability. I have also worked with very high achieving students as the co-teacher to an AP teacher, and in that regard, I have plenty skills and engaging with precocious young people in a way that affirms their maturity, but also allows them to still be children.
