About Naila

Hi families! I have 3 years of experience working with children of all ages, and caring for kids is something I'm truly passionate about. I've worked as a teacher's aide and playground aide for the West Side Union School District, and as a behavioral aide for the Lancaster School District, where I supported students academically, emotionally, and through daily routines. I also worked for the Boys & Girls Club after-school program, managing my own classroom, helping students with their homework, and creating fun, engaging activities that encouraged growth and confidence. Along with my school experience, I've babysat for multiple families and take pride in creating a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for every child I care for. I'm reliable, patient, and dedicated to making sure kids feel supported, understood, and excited each day. I would love the opportunity to bring that same level of care to your family.
