Greetings! My name is Naiana. I'm looking for work for Monday through Thursday, with a family who is flexible to accommodate my college classes at least 2 of those days. In summary I need 2 half days and 2 full days, around 30 hours, to start by January. I prefer a long-term arrangement, but willing to bend it for the right fit. I'm 29 years old, I have extensive 7+ years of experience with toddlers and infants, but also with ages up to 13, including 3 years of live-in care, school teacher's assistant, and after school teaching. I have an associates in Child Development & Education and I'm a certified Wilderness First Responder. I have a clean driving and background record and can relocate almost anywhere in the Boston area. My husband and I hired Naiana to nanny for our 4month old right as I was returning to work after Maternity Leave. It was an anxious time for me, but I felt so reassured with Naiana! She is wonderful with babies and S. immediately felt comfortable with her. She has aided in S’s development through play, singing, sleep training and movement. In the early days she was so good at getting S. down for a nap and feeding her bottles when she would only take bottles from my husband and I. She also would wash bottles and fold the baby’s laundry while S. was napping, which was such an amazing help to me. Now that S. is 9months old, I can see the love that Sophia has for Naiana, as every morning Sophia has the biggest smile as soon as Naiana walks in the door! I strongly recommend hiring Naiana and I feel so lucky to have her as a part of S’s life!
