About Nahla

Hello, my name is Nahla, and I'm a Certified Direct Support Professional. Making a difference in someone's life is my calling. My passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors led me to senior care. For the past three years, I've provided home health, live-in care, transportation, and support with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also assist with physical activity. I understand the challenges of dementia and am experienced in handling confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes. In addition to my senior care experience, I am also very good with children and have extensive hands-on experience working with them. I was a swim instructor for children ages 5 to 14, where I focused on safety, skill-building, and confidence in the water. I've also worked as a camp counselor, supervising and engaging children in structured activities while ensuring their well-being.
