The only reason for the change has been a shift in our family schedule, and a need for more peer interactions for our son. She is a mom herself, and has a special relationship with our son that we have always known he is in the best hands. She is experienced, reliable, and communicative. She has graciously helped us when we have either asked her to stay later or come early due to work emergencies. She is always doing more than we ask, and we never have to worry when she is with him.
