About Nadya

Finding someone you trust with your child is no easy feat, but from the moment Nadya started working with us, we knew we were in the best hands. For nearly a year and a half—from the time our daughter and her nanny-share buddy were 7 months old until they turned 2—Nadiya was an indispensable, beloved part of our lives. Nadya managed the nanny share with absolute grace and expertise. She successfully got both children on the exact same schedule, seamlessly transitioned them down to one nap, and even sleep-trained our daughter. She also has a magic touch when it comes to toddlers eating well and drinking their milk. Nadya took them on daily walks and to our local story times, ensuring they were always active and learning. She was always prompt and reliable. We also deeply valued her open communication. She provided wonderful, experienced advice when we needed it, while always remaining highly adaptable to our specific requests. Above all else, we always felt confident that the kids were safe under her watch. We trusted her implicitly. You can tell that Nadya doesn't just view this as a job—she genuinely cares about the kids in her heart. Every day when it was time for her to go, the kids would run to give her a massive hug. We are incredibly sad that the kids have outgrown the nanny share and are transitioning to preschool. They are going to miss her terribly. We adore Nadya, and she will always be a special part of our family. She was a true blessing and any family would be incredibly lucky to have her.
