Making a difference in someone's life is my calling. With a graduate degree and 20 years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My previous roles have shown me the importance of providing reliable care for families. I am patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities as needed. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports and verbal updates. I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I also have current CPR and First Aid certifications. I speak Finnish. I look forward to bringing my skills and compassionate approach to your family.
