About Nadia

Hi! I'm Nadia, a certified first-grade teacher looking to spend my evenings, weekends, and school breaks doing what I love most--working with kids! Before teaching elementary school, I worked as a nanny for two wonderful families and spent a year as a lead teacher in a 12-18 month toddler classroom. Those experiences, along with teaching first grade, have given me experience with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary-aged children. I'm patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy getting to know each child's unique personality. As a teacher, I'm also happy to help with homework, early reading, math, and school readiness skills if that's something your family is looking for. I'm comfortable with pets, don't mind helping with children's laundry or tidying up after activities, and understand how important consistency and communication are for parents.
