We were extremely lucky to find Nadia who has been our son's nanny for more than a year (from age 5 months to 18 months). As a first time parent returning to work, I interviewed many nannies and Nadia stood out from the start for her professionalism, kindness, and genuine love of children. She is a mother herself and has raised her son to be a successful adult, something that appealed to me when we were going through the interview process. We have gotten to know Nadia well since both me and my husband work from home at least part of the week. She treated our son like he was her own, helping him get on a schedule, achieve his milestones, and learn new words. She prepared meals for him, did his laundry, and made things very easy for us as new parents. I will also say she is dependable, always on time, and communicative. We are moving out of state, and I wish we could take her with us. She is a beautiful soul and I would highly recommend her to any family.
