I'm Nadia, 30, Chicagoland born & raised, with 10+ years experience. I typically work as a house manager nanny & think "family assistant" very much describes my caregiving style. I thrive in roles that combine attentive childcare with daily operational household support. I'm organized, attentive, nurturing, & proactive. I've worked with ages from 5 months to 17 years, caring for up to four children. Have experience supporting children with special needs, including autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, ADHD/ADD, ODD, anxiety, and related behavioral or emotional challenges. Very familiar with Montessori-based, hands-on, engaging activities and creating calm, structured environments. I own a reliable vehicle, vaccinated, pet lover, non-smoker. I have my CNA, am a PT online student•early child development•eventually my RN. No issues with a background check, references, commuting, or traveling. Very flex availability, open to FT/PT.
