I'm Nadia, 30, Chicagoland born & raised. 10+ years of professional childcare experience in multiple and various roles from mother's helper to full-time Nanny/House Manager. I typically work in house manager roles & consider my job style "family assistant". Attentive childcare with household management, organization, & daily operational support. Worked with ages 5m to 17yrs, & have cared for up to 4 children. Experience with special needs & various disorders and/or "issues"- mental health related.. Autism spectrum, developmental delays (i. e. nonverbal), ADHD, ODD, behavioral, anxiety, panic disorders, etc. Very familiar with the Montessori methodology of hands-on, engaging activities & learning.
