Making a difference in someone's life is fulfilling. For two years, I had the privilege of working with adults with disabilities and seniors, and I find satisfaction in providing compassionate care and reliable support to families. I'm patient, friendly, and strive to create a calm environment for those I care for and feel they should be treated fairly I understand the importance of clear communication and provide verbal updates, written daily reports, and always follow the family's preferred method. Building a connection means understanding their preferences and personal history. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I'm equipped to assist with transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I have a high school degree, current CPR and First Aid Training, and a car. also comfortable with pets and can meet pet care needs as needed
