About Naara

Naara started with us primarily watching our (at the time) 13 month old son. She since has spent a lot of time watching both children (our daughter who is almost 4). We highly recommend Naara. She has been an extraordinary part of our family for nearly a year. When she first joined us, we knew she had attended an au pair school in New York City, but it wasn’t until we saw her build a relationship with our children that we fully appreciated the depth of her skills. Her formal training, natural instincts, and genuine love for children make her an exceptional caregiver. Naara has primarily cared for our son, who is about to turn two, while also spending time with our daughter, who is nearly four. She handles the challenge of caring for children at such different developmental stages with patience, creativity, and attentiveness—ensuring both feel engaged, safe, and loved. She understands family life and having a whole family under one roof - when to let the kids run around and when to take them on her own so we can focus elsewhere. We have had several nannies and sitters for our children. She always communicates, and has been upfront from the start about her availability, which has made planning easy for us. She is very reliable and professional. Most importantly, our children absolutely adore her—their faces light up and they run into her arms every morning. That bond is the clearest measure of the trust and affection she has built with them. Naara is a thoughtful presence in our home. She takes pride in her work, treats our home with respect, and meets or exceeds every request. She is intelligent, trustworthy, and self-motivated. We are forever impressed that she taught herself English at a young age. We feel so fortunate to have had Naara with us during this chapter of our lives. She is someone we admire and trust completely, any family would be lucky to welcome her into their home. I recommend her wholeheartedly. We would hire her again without hesitation.
