About Mystery

Compassionate and highly qualified tutor with experience supporting K-12 and college students in Math, English Language Arts, and Spanish. Skilled in working with students of all abilities, including those with learning differences and behavioral challenges, using patience, encouragement, and personalized strategies to foster academic growth and confidence. I have worked as an academic tutor in both one-on-one and classroom settings, including with Firefly Tutors, Sierra College, and local schools. My background includes specialized training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, as well as experience supporting students with IEPs. I hold a B. A. in Sociology from Washington State University and have completed 23 graduate credits toward an M. S. in Educational Psychology. I am certified in Pediatric & Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED (exp. 2/2026). My goal is to make learning engaging, tailored, and rewarding for each student.
