About Mystery

Hi, I'm Mystery. I've worked in childcare since high school across a variety of settings. I hold a BA in Sociology with graduate coursework in Educational Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis. Certified in CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and QBS Safety Care. CPR/First Aid certified for all ages. I've worked with children from infancy through adolescence, including kids with diverse needs and learning profiles. I tutor up to the college level. My approach is child-led and exploratory -- I draw on my Waldorf background to support learning through music, art, and imaginative play, and align with each family's parenting style. I'm not compliance-based; families prioritizing compliance aren't a strong fit. Based in Grass Valley; available to drive to Truckee/Tahoe and Sacramento for one-time jobs. Open to relocating to Sacramento in the fall with consistent work. Currently available for babysitting (a few times a month) or full-time starting August. Feel free to reach out!
