About Myra

Empowering students to reach their full potential through personalized support is at the heart of my teaching practice. With one year of experience, I specialize in helping elementary and middle school students excel in subjects ranging from Math and Science to Art and History. I prioritize active listening to identify your child's unique learning style, ensuring that every lesson is tailored to their specific needs. When concepts become challenging, I bridge the gap by connecting complex ideas to real-world examples and personal interests. Clear communication with both you and your student remains my top priority to ensure we meet every goal together. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. I am comfortable working with pets and look forward to supporting your student's growth in the comfort of your own home. I am truly excited to help your child thrive.
