About Myra

Hi there! Fun facts: I like to fish, play pickleball, basketball, and various board games. I have a 7 y/o Husky named Jasper. I am the eldest of 5 (and the shortest). I love traveling, museums, art, music, and baking. I am also a huge fan of trying new foods and activities. Experiences: I've been a babysitter for as long as I can remember. Earlier in my career, I have served as a preschool assistant teacher, a nanny, and Jumpstart (early childhood literacy program) team leader. For the past 4 years, I've worked in Boston as a therapeutic mentor for children 7-15, and a therapeutic support for children 3-16. I was recently promoted to an in-home therapist (after graduating this summer with an M. S in Mental Health Counseling). I am CPR/First Aid certified and have a clean driving record. I provide support with cooking, light housekeeping, transportation, and homework. 5 words to describe me as a child care professional: cautious, creative, energetic, organized, and patient.
