Hello! My name is Mylaya and I have over 5 years of experience nannying for kids of all ages, from preemies to teens. My current family is ready to put their little one into a Montessori school so I am looking for my next family! I utilize a wide range of developmental tools and techniques to help all my kiddos hit their milestones, as well as helping them to learn infant sign language and speech therapy techniques. I am also well versed in baby led weaning for infants and helping them learn to utilize utensils and sleep training. In addition I understand that kids are a full-time job and try to take as much of the baby load off the family as possible. Rotating crib sheets, laundry, dishes, washing and rotating new clothes and toys through developmental stages etc.. I find that this allows my families to have more quality time when they clock out and finally get time with baby.

Mylaya has been with our family for almost a year. She is the most incredible person and nanny to our 1 year old. She started with us when my son was only 3 months old, and was premature and needed a lot of specialized care and attention. Mylaya continues to exceed our expectations every day with how engaging and caring she is. Our son is way ahead socially and I know that is because of her. I have to go out of town for work about once every couple months, and there is no one I trust more to watch and care for him. We have decided to put him in a Montessori school, but Mylaya will always be our first call if we need someone to stay with him. I can't thank her enough for the peace of mind she brought our family, and how much she loves on our son.
