Learning is a journey, and I'm here to guide you! I believe every student possesses unique potential, and my goal is to create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment where you can thrive. I actively listen to students and adapt my teaching with visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. Connecting challenging topics to real-world examples is important to me. Communication is essential for understanding your needs and progress. Regular updates help keep parents informed and reinforce learning at home. With one year of experience and some college (currently pursuing my BS), I tutor English, Science, Study Skills, and History for elementary and middle school students. I can tutor at your home, a center, online, the library, a community center, school, or a coffee shop. The most rewarding aspect of tutoring is witnessing your "aha!" moment when a concept clicks. I have reliable transportation and am comfortable with pets.
