I like caring for seniors because it reminds me of helping taking care of my great grandmother when she needed it most too. When I am preparing to care for a patient I always place myself in their shoes. I could either be the patient or their family member. This reminds me to always choose kindness and give the compassion I would like to receive in return. I started caring for seniors when I was 19. I am currently in nursing school and have always had a passion for taking care of other since a child. Seniors are always so wise and I enjoy working with them.
