About Mya

Hello! My name is Mya, and I'm a dependable, patient, and creative caregiver who genuinely enjoys working with children. I am CPR and Pediatric First Aid & AED certified, and I take safety and responsibility very seriously while still making sure kids have fun and enjoy their time with me. I have experience helping in elementary and middle school classrooms as a teacher's assistant through community service hours. I love keeping kids engaged through arts/crafts, baking, board games, movie nights, imaginative play, outdoor activities, and homework help. I grew up in Hawai'I and have years of swimming experience, so I'm very comfortable around the water. I'm organized, a fast learner, and comfortable with pets, meal prep, cooking, light housekeeping, bedtime routines, and errands if needed. I currently live in Indio and am mainly available weekdays during the day, with occasional nights and weekends available upon request. I'd love to help support your family!
