About Myashia

Hello, My name is Myashia, and I'm reaching out with genuine excitement about the opportunity to support and care for your family as a nanny. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Family Science and Human Development, and I'm currently pursuing my Master's in School Counseling-work that has deepened my commitment to helping children grow emotionally, socially, and creatively. For the past three years, I've worked as an assistant at a school for visually impaired students. That experience taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of creating a nurturing environment where every child feels seen and supported. I would describe myself as an optimistic and creative person. I love drawing and painting, and often pair these activities with calming, mindfulness-based music-something I've found children really enjoy and benefit from. I strive to create a safe, playful, and encouraging space where children can express themselves freely while also learning valuable skills.
