About Mya

I'd describe my personality as energetic, compassionate, and patient. I like working with kids because I am a daycare teacher and I enjoy being able to watch them grow and experience new things. I started working with kids when I was younger I started babysitting for neighbors and family for no charge then I started teaching kids swim lessons and being a camp counselor at the age of 16 and over the past year I have been a daycare teacher working with kids ages 0-6 years. I have 5 years experience and 3 years paid experience. One thing you should know about me is I am knowledgeable in child care as I have been caring for children for 5 years. I am a current daycare teacher and have lots of experience working with young kids. I am CPR, AED, and first aid certified through Red Cross and American Heart Association. Finally, I am an undergraduate student at The University of Alabama working towards my bachelors of science in biology.
