Mya joined our family almost 3 years ago. She has been caring for our 3 yo daughter since she was 4 months old and our 1.5 yo son since he was 5 weeks. I could not possibly say enough good things about her for you to understand what a blessing she would be for your family. In our interview with her I remember her saying that he goal was to be an extension of us and I feel that is what she does best. She regularly checks in to make sure we're on the same page (whether thats timing, diets, handling tantrums, etc.) She taught our kids & me a lot when it came to gross motor development as they grew up. She is calm even when things are intense. Mya is incredibly responsible and organized. She communicates well on timing or days off, etc. We are moving out of state and she will be the thing we miss the most. I highly recommend Mya for your childcare needs. You will be lucky to have her.
