About Mya

Hi! My name is Mya J. and I am attending the University of Mississippi to get an Education degree! I am originally from Fort Collins, Colorado and will be home for a majority of the summer. I have a wide variety of interests and experience, but one of my favorite things is working with kids. I want to become a teacher to have a lasting impact on every kid and be someone a child can look up to. I have experience working with kids from an educational standpoint and a physical educational standpoint. I also have my substitute teaching license registered with the state of Colorado! I am going to begin my student teaching and more observation in the classroom through the University of Mississippi next year.
