About Mya

Hello! I'm Mya. With five years of experience working with children in various settings, I've developed a passion for nurturing growth, creativity, and confidence in young minds. I spent 3 years working within a school district, where I coordinated summer camps and taught swim lessons, helping children develop both skills and self-assurance. In addition, I have 2 years of professional nanny experience and 2 years as a private instructor for kids of all ages, including those with special needs. Beyond my professional background, I have 3 younger siblings, which has given me an understanding of patience, empathy, and leadership. I love how imaginative and curious children are, and I take pride in being a positive role model who helps them grow into their fullest potential. For me, being a nanny isn't just a job-it's a chance to pour into the future. Outside of childcare, my passions include dancing and singing, which often bring creativity and joy into the way I connect with kids.
