I scheduled a FaceTime interview with Munyadziwa for 1pm. She answered and asked to delay 30 minutes while she put a child she was caring for down for a nap. I agreed, no problem, but after waiting over an hour there was no follow-up or communication. We respectfully decided to go with another candidate. We did not get to the point of hire, so I cannot comment on her services. Based on what I read, she sounded great at nannying. However, reliable communication is very important to us.
