Making a difference in people's lives is what I strive for every day. For the past two years, I've dedicated myself to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a friendly demeanor. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and personal history. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I can assist with meal preparation. I find immense joy in providing families with peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are in capable and caring hands, and I look forward to bringing that same comfort to your family.
