I prioritize earning your trust while adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation with care. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. Supporting adults and seniors' well-being is my passion, and I would love to bring my dedication to your family. I am also opening a Nursing home. Will be a 5 bedrooms each house.
