I am a first time mom and when I have Mouna, my baby boy was just around 4months old. As a new mom, and working full time in hybrid set-up, I was looking for a part-time sitter who can really help us. Mouna is a a heaven sent! I was able to have couple of candidates I was considering, Mouna stand out because of her experience, and had a great reference from families she worked with. And I also think my mom gut / instincts was right with having Mouna. And she did not disappoint. She is reliable, on-time, and flexible ( there were times I have to extend 10mins after her time was up and she was very understanding). She coordinates and communicates very well in things that needed my attention, she shared tips and knowledge with me in caring for my baby which I am so grateful of, and most of all - she is very gentle, caring, sweet to my baby boy. I am so happy on seeing how my baby boy interacts with her - she reads to him, play, put him to sleep in such a loving way. I highly recommend Mouna and can vouch for her!
