I've two years experience in particularly working with Kids/ youth that are on the autism spectrum. I worked at Boston Higashi school for kids with autism as a residential instructor for two years. This is a school for kids in residential and day programs. I was attached to the residential program. Handled feeding, grooming, bathing, toileting, behavioral management, parent visits, community visits, with parents, shopping errands with the kids and going out for fun or recreational activities. I worked in middle school, young adults and junior high divisions. So I have a lot of knowledge in dealing with kids with autism.
