Hi! My name is Morgan, and I'm an experienced, reliable nanny with a background in both private childcare and daycare settings. I hold an undergraduate degree in psychology but took many child education course, which gives me a strong understanding of child development, behavior, and age-appropriate support. I have been a full-time nanny for 2 years now, where I manage a structured daily schedule and support both childcare and household routines. My 3 years of experience in a daycare environment has also given me the ability to confidently care for multiple children of all ages and needs, stay organized, and handle a wide range of situations calmly and professionally.
