As a childcare provider with over a year of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing and educating young minds I consider myself a patient, calm, and creative individual who thrives on fostering a positive environment where children feel safe and encouraged to explore. I believe in open communication with parents and prioritize their preferred methods to ensure a collaboration in their child's care. When it comes to enforcing house rules, I am very comfortable maintaining a consistent and structured routine while also being adaptable to each child's unique needs. I enjoy engaging children in activities including educational games that promote learning and board games that foster social interaction. One of the most significant reasons I want to work with other children comes from having a baby myself. I am hoping to work with a family who will allow me to bring her as well. Although if not, it is not a problem.
