About Morgan

Hi everyone! My name is Morgan, and I'm 26 years old. I have 6 years of preschool experience caring for children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old. During this time, I've grown passionate about infant care, early childhood development, and creating opportunities for hands-on learning. I have completed CPR, safe sleep, and other childcare trainings, and I'm happy to renew any certifications that need updating. I also participate in professional development to continue learning and growing as an educator. As an infant educator, I work with my co-teacher to create age-appropriate lesson plans while following each family's preferred routines and schedules. I value open communication with parents and love sharing updates and special moments throughout the day. My passion is nurturing little ones, helping them reach milestones, and providing a safe, loving environment where they can thrive. I'm so excited to find the perfect family and become a trusted part of their little one's life!
