My career began as a Lead Med Tech, where I developed strong skills in medication management, vital sign monitoring, and direct patient care. I am highly experienced in assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including hygiene, bathing, showering, dressing, transferring/lifting, and the use of assistive devices. My expertise extends to specialized dementia care, ensuring that individuals with cognitive challenges receive tailored, compassionate support. In addition to my caregiving skills, I served as the Assistant Executive Director, Activities Director and Memory Care Coordinator at an assisted living facility, where I prioritized keeping seniors engaged and active. My comprehensive experience in medical care, ADLs, and senior engagement allows me to provide holistic, high-quality care focused on physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
