About Morgan

I have taught students in various capacities across a wide range of ages and subjects. I also have experience supporting students with diverse learning needs. My core teaching philosophy is that most students genuinely want to learn and succeed. I see it as my responsibility to adapt my approach until we find something that works. I take time to understand what motivates each student and what makes a topic feel overwhelming. From there, I help build confidence by breaking down challenging concepts and developing strategies to approach problems without panic. One-on-one tutoring is especially meaningful to me because it allows for individualized support and real progress. My goal is not just to complete assignments, but to help students become confident, independent problem solvers. Outside of tutoring I enjoy staying active, art projects, training my dog, and reading. I'm also finishing my PhD in engineering--but it's okay if math isn't your favorite subject!
