About Morgan

Hi! I started working as a Certified Nurses Aide in Aug, 2024 and have 10 months of experience in Long Term Care. I also started a new job with Elders Journey Home Care in March, 2025 with a position as a Home Health Aide which I greatly enjoy. I value the one on one time I have with my clients through Elders Journey and I'm hoping to meet new clients so I can continue to connect with, learn from, and serve the individuals around me. After working in Long Term Care facilities for 10 months, I noticed a trend in all four of the facilities I was employed at; the trend was that all the facilities treated the residents as if they were "burdens," which was followed by the thought that "all elderly individuals are the same," and I didn't like that. I see people for who they are, I listen to what they're saying, I do my best to give them everything they want and need, and I treat everyone equally; with respect, kindness, and dignity. I'm currently able to work Mon 6am-12 p.m. & Thur 6am-2 p.m
