Morgan was scheduled for an interview. I sat and waited for her. She did not show up, call, send message, etc. to let me know she was not going to be available. I tried to confirm days in advance. When I finally reached her she told me she forgot and could not find her phone. I only hire people who can show me that they are responsible and able to communicate.
