About Morgan

Working with children has been a passion of mine for many years. Through seven years of experience as a volunteer, camp counselor, and ski school aid, I have learned the importance of patience, creativity, and clear communication when caring for children of all ages. I am comfortable supervising multiple children at once, encouraging them to follow routines and household rules while also creating a fun and supportive environment. I enjoy leading outdoor activities, board games, and educational games that promote teamwork and learning. In addition, I am able to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and swimming supervision. I communicate openly with parents, providing consistent updates through their preferred method. Currently, I am pursuing my college education and am eager to continue building my skills. While I am not yet CPR and First Aid certified, I am fully committed to obtaining these certifications to ensure safety and high-quality care.
