I graduated in 2014 from Azusa Pacific University with my B. A. in Child & Family Psychology and have been working in the Special Education field ever since. I have over 10 years of experience with working with children both typical and those with special needs. During my last 4 years in California, I was employed at non-public Special Education schools as an Instructional Assistant/1:1 aide for children with severe disabilities from ages 5-22. Since relocating to Parker, I have worked in DCSD as an Educational Assistant IV in the Special Education classroom at a middle school and am currently a Special Education teacher at an elementary school in Parker. My deep passion for working with children has grown immensely along with my diverse experience.
