About Morgan

I started caring for seniors when I became a CNA 4 years ago-- I spent my time in 2 separate facilities, where I provided care for individuals ranging from independent to total care. I left the SNF scene because the high volume/low support system created a high level of caregiver burnout. I wasn't able to spend as much time with my residents as I wanted to or provide the quality of care that I desired. I did not do much of the cooking or cleaning previously, as I worked in facilities that provided food and laundry/cleaning services-- but I enjoy doing those things independently. I love making new dishes, and find that a clean space can brighten any room. I am passionate about this because I enjoy giving the people I care for their life back-- so they can do anything they want to, to keep being them, without worrying about the little things. I am fairly outgoing, but tend to lean towards introvert. I like both indoor and outdoor activities, as long as I am in good company.
