About Morgan

I'm an experienced caregiver specializing in adults with autism, intellectual disability and/or behavioral support needs. I take an neurodivergent affirming and trauma informed approach with my clients to insure they feel very safe and comfortable with me. I'm comfortable with a variety of disabilities, support needs and behaviors. I'm patient, calm and easy going which has set many clients at ease as I become a natural and reliable part of their support system! I believe in strong and open communication, especially when working with vulnerable folks. I truly don't think you could share too much when it comes to the care you want for your loved one. I realize how hard getting care for an adult with behavioral support needs can be, as someone who's been on the other side.
